4. Is your organisation not a subsidiary of any organisation that receives government subvention?
5. Is your organisation’s previous financial year annual expenditure not more than HK$15 million?
6. Please attach a copy of the letter issued by the Inland Revenue Department on tax-exemption under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap. 112)
8. Please attach a copy of the organisation’s most recent audited financial statement.
