Project Summary: "EmpowerHer Future" is an innovative career & financial literacy program that supports disadvantaged female students aged 14-18. Focused on building self-confidence and a positive attitude towards money, the program integrates role model insights, immersive career and money management workshops, activity-driven learning and practical work experiences. The program's content will be co-curated in collaboration with leading financial corporations. Every girl who joins the program will receive a lifetime access to an online portal. This portal will allow them to access continuous learning content, monitor their progress through gamified assessments, and gain access to various incentives such as additional courses, cash coupons, mentors, and opportunities for work placements. This comprehensive approach empowers girls to navigate career paths and financial choices knowledgeably, ensuring a fairer start in life.
